This planet fitness is really large. Two story and has a ton of equipment. It's in a great location and the staff keep up with everything really well. Very clean and nice. All the equipment was in great condition. There was plenty of free parking and the location is easily accessible. Also, it is a 24 hour facility, which is also a huge plus.

Gym is great! The reason I’m giving a 1 star is because of the manager Christina. She treats her staff terribly and makes the gym members feel judged. Plus the men’s locker room looks and smells terrible there was worms in the shower! I’d suggest going to another location or another gym if Christina is still the manager. You’ll notice her because she has no teeth and looks homeless and most the time you’ll see her abusing her staff.

Ideal location for me and I love everything minus the Men's locker room. It is disgusting to the point where I can't tell if anyone has cleaned the restroom and shower area in the past 3 months.. the showers are all pretty much broke or out of order and I don't understand how it has not had any attention. I can't be the only one not happy about the fact that the showers are all broken and not in good working order. It really cannot be that hard to get a repair Man out to complete some very simple and necessary repairs. Once fixed I will rate this location 5 stars again.... people pay good money to shower and use the locker rooms. And for God's sake please at least clean the place up. I get it sweaty dudes all day go in and out but at least give it some TLC throughout the day!?

My first exposure was last Sunday where it was attended by few and most of the workstations you wanted were available. However, I was a member here before and it just simply got way too crowded. At the beginning of the year, you don't have a chance to get a workstation. But I also bought the black package this time which allows you to some really nice amenities including hydro massage beds. It was my first experience in a hydro massage bed and I found it right under heavenly. Before stars is based on my experience this past Sunday. It would have been a different story if it was based on my experience last time I was a member at the same gym.

I’ve had the opportunity to come to this Gym for about 1 month now and within this past month I can honestly say this Planet is better than the Planet on Broadway and Swan. The difference between this Gym is the Cleanliness, the bathrooms are extremely clean. I noticed that Sam is Always cleaning the Bathrooms and all the equipment when I am there and I really appreciate her attention to detail. Jesus is always smiling at the front desk and in a great mood when welcoming everyone in the building and leaving as well. I like that there is always a warm welcome into the building knowing that the building is also extremely clean too. I also had the honor of training with Jesse, this man was prior military and with so much respect in the game of working out I truly appreciate his feed back and positivity to making the workouts so much fun and exciting regardless of the pain you’re going through! I also have had the opportunity to meet Keyon in the building several Times as well, he is very helpful when it comes to explanation of the equipment to familiarize myself more and assists on making sure I’m using them correctly and provides great advice on which tool to use to be successful in my workouts. This planet fitness gives you the comfortability to feel judgment free which is exactly what their Moto is. It’s a peaceful gym and I enjoy my workouts every time I am here. Thank you to all the hard working individuals who have shined throughout my time here and I am very appreciative of the amazing service!

Thanks for the quick sign-up Joseph and Hailey! Edit: 1 Year Update – Pros: Insanely friendly staff, less busy than comparable gyms, large variety of equipment and areas. Cons: No ice cold drinking water, 3 showers per locker room, only two smith machines. If you travel around town and need the flexibility of various locations this gym is perfect for you.
